Jenifer Mutchie spoke with me today about your concerns.  I have reviewed the situation and the interactions.  The Level 1 Conduct Warning will stand.  Please understand that a Level 1 Conduct Warning does not result in expulsion from the University.  Should there be additional conduct of conduct violations in the future, those violations could result in additional disciplinary action.  Our goal is that we do not have to revisit this situation in the future.

 

I can see that you have started your new term.  I wish you the best of luck in your studies.  Should you have additional concerns, please address them to me directly.
