Hi Ms Stacey Ludwig Johnson,

With all due respect, I think that the main problem here is that the point of the entire situation is being missed. I already stated to you that the level 1 warning is the least of my concerns. It is not important to me whether you remove it or don't remove it. As far as the other mentions of university removal or retainment, is impertinent information as such indicates to me of your belief that I am unaware of my rights. There is no indication in this email that you have taken care of any of my requests or that there was even an attempt to resolve any of the issues. You seem to keep mentioning the level 1 warning and how you will remove it only if I do this or if I don't do that. What happened to all the emails and any of my attempts of communication with the university? This email indicates to me that you have not read them. I forwarded all the emails to myself at my other email account to get the complete collection over to my attorney. They are currently working on the case. Do you need me to forward them to you to make sure you have them? If you do have them, why are they not being rectified? Every email communication I've had with the university indicates to me that you are not wanting a resolution to this complication and so many times you keep falling off the subject. I am not playing games here, your staff has violated my basic rights as a student and an adult and I am seeking restitution from WGU.

Also you have indicated, you will remove the level 1 warning if there "is no more misconduct in the future...". There was no misconduct to start out with and/as your staff dolefully failed to prove otherwise. So therefore, you have no permission from me to ever mention any of this nonexistent misconduct of my part with the university. However, as far as misconduct is concerned, I wish you would acknowledge that the university is at fault with all the misconduct issues coming from your staff, but I guess that will not ever happen.

If you are to continue to manifest any additional disrespect for me or to the entire case, I suggest you simply stop emailing me. I am not willing to continue reading emails from someone who does not address the issue with the proper regard. Remember, just because your colleagues are lacking respect for me, does not automatically give you the authority to match their behavior.

My indications as far as lacks of respects from your staff (or you) stand and I insist, I will continue to take action until I educate your staff that you must respect your students/customers. Respect comes in all forms. We will review all these forms as we continue with this ordeal.

Thank you.
