Mr. Xxxxx,

I have reviewed the situation and it is my decision that the “warning” will stand.  The “warning” status is not transcripted and it does not lead to loss of privileges or removal from the University.  I understand that you are unhappy with this decision and I want to support your success at WGU, therefore I am willing to remove the Level 1 Warning completely from your record if you complete your current term with no additional Code of Conduct violations. 

 

Anthony, please continue with your studies and I look forward to meeting you at Commencement when you complete your Accounting degree!
